Degree ≠ Career: पढ़ाई पूरी, पर दिशा क्यों नहीं?
हर साल भारत में 1.5 करोड़ से ज़्यादा graduates निकलते हैं, लेकिन बड़ी संख्या में युवाओं को degree के बाद career clarity नहीं मिलती। यह confusion किसी की व्यक्तिगत असफलता नहीं है—यह education system और real-world careers के बीच बढ़ती gap का संकेत है। Degree आज भी ज़रूरी है, लेकिन अब पर्याप्त नहीं।
“मैंने पढ़ाई तो कर ली… अब बनूँ क्या?”
यह सवाल आज almost हर graduate के मन में है—चाहे वह engineering हो, commerce हो, arts हो या science। Degree हाथ में है, लेकिन direction साफ़ नहीं। समाज अक्सर इसे individual confusion या lack of effort मान लेता है, जबकि असल में यह systemic reality है।

आज job market degree से ज़्यादा capability देख रहा है।
कंपनियाँ पूछ रही हैं—आप क्या कर सकते हैं, न कि आपने क्या पढ़ा है।
Parallel Learning Economy क्यों उभर रही है
आज education के parallel एक नया ecosystem बन चुका है:
- Online skill platforms
- Bootcamps
- Fellowship programs
- Creator-led learning
यह trend कोई fashion नहीं है। यह system की limitation का response है। Market वही skills demand कर रहा है जो colleges जल्दी scale नहीं कर पा रहे।
Parents और Students के लिए Real Shift क्या है
सबसे बड़ा mindset change यह है:
Degree complete होना finish line नहीं है।
पुराना सवाल था:
“Degree के बाद job मिलेगी या नहीं?”
आज सही सवाल है:
“Degree के साथ मैं कौन-सी skills, exposure और direction जोड़ रहा/रही हूँ?”
Career clarity certificates से नहीं, experimentation से आती है।

इसलिए “Degree ≠ Career” को एक article नहीं, बल्कि framework की तरह पढ़ना चाहिए—जिस पर future stories, explainers और policy discussions जुड़ सकें।
